assive fire broke out this morning at a mattress factory located in Dhuaankhe village on the Kapurthala–Jalandhar road. The exact cause of the fire is still unknown.
Eyewitnesses said the blaze quickly engulfed the entire factory, with thick black smoke spreading across the area. Fire brigade vehicles rushed to the spot and began efforts to control the flames. Considering the intensity of the fire, additional fire tenders were also called in from Jalandhar.
कपूरथला (अमरजीत सिंह सडाना) – कपूरथला-जालंधर रोड स्थित धुंआखे गांव में आज सुबह गद्दों की एक फैक्ट्री में भीषण आग लग गई। आग लगने के कारणों का अभी तक पता नहीं चल सका है।
प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार, आग इतनी भयंकर थी कि उसने पूरी फैक्ट्री को अपनी चपेट में ले लिया और चारों ओर काला धुआं फैल गया। घटना की सूचना मिलते ही फायर ब्रिगेड की गाड़ियां मौके पर पहुंचीं और आग बुझाने का प्रयास शुरू किया। आग की भयावहता को देखते हुए जालंधर से भी फायर ब्रिगेड की गाड़ियां बुलाई गई हैं।
अब तक किसी के हताहत होने की खबर नहीं है, लेकिन फैक्ट्री पूरी तरह से जलकर राख हो गई है। आग पर काबू पाने के प्रयास जारी हैं और प्रशासन नुकसान का आकलन कर रहा है।
